Sweetheart Meatballs

Makes approximately 40 meatballs

  • 3 dozen meatballs (homemade or store bought) 

  • 1 Jar Cellardoor Sweetheart Jelly 

  • 1 6 oz can pineapple juice 

  • 1/4 cup Cellardoor Barbera Red Wine Vinegar 

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar 

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Mix all ingredients together over medium heat. Add meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat (sauce will continue to thicken as it cools).
